Building Requirements
You and/or your builder must observe all requirements in the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Reservations (CRRs) and Rules and Regulations contained in the By Laws for Hideaway Hills Estates as it relates to your property and building site before and during your build.

A water connection fee of $1,000.00 is a "one-time" charge for the original connection to the community water system.
